Now in the third generation, we cultivate over 15 hectares of specialized olive groves, with plants mainly of the Caninese Variety, accompanied by a small one percentage of local early varieties: Maurino, Leccino, Frantoio.
We have been certified BIO or ORGANIC since 1994, a natural consequence of the quality policy pursued over time, of the desire to offer a genuine and simple product, developing an ethic based on being in complete harmony with nature and the respect for the land and its balance, according to the rural tradition from which we come.
Over the years our research of the natural ecosystem of the olive grove has never stopped. We foster an observational attitude and respect, with minimal intervention.
The harvest of our olive trees takes place throughout the month of October, with combs and electric harvesters, just before the fruit has reached maturity. The process is rapid. The oil is green, aromatic, spicy and bitter.
We seek quality and low impact methods in every practice, from agronomic management of the olive grove ecosystem to the choices regarding packaging.
We reuse all our waste products from the mill, the pomace to produce peanuts/fuel, the leaves as mulch/vegetable fertilizer, vegetation water for fertigation or the production of compounds with a high phenolic content for the cosmetic-nutraceutical sector.
All our energy is focused on obtaining a high quality product, and every decision we make helps us to achieve this. A nutritious, minimal and essential product which speaks for itself. Just like olive oil, a real food staple, should be. No frills. Just authenticity, taste and respectful production.
